If you have their money you are in better shape. Pay your probation fees and they will work with you. The other thing is you can't bail out if you are on probation and the probation officer places a hold on you until you appear before a judge. The whole matter really depends on your probation officer, contact him and advise him of your situation and tell him you want to resolve the matter. If you are current on your probation fees and pay the fine on the new charge and if it is a very minor offense you should be able to get it worked out. Good Luck!

There is NO BAIL OUT on a probation violation! You would be required to serve the time outlined by the Judge at a hearing or within your probation order.

As you may have any further questions, feel free to email me off this site.

I hope that this helps!

VOP is a no bail warrant. You will be able to get out once appearing in front of a judge which could be as soon as 24 hours. I hate probation it's very easy to get violated over stuff that normal citizens don't even think twice about.

Do what your PO says to do, he/she is your connection to regulation Enforcement and the courtroom. do no longer do what a Bounty Hunter or your bond holder/bail bondsmen says to do. they're their purely to guard their funds.

I don't know what a "mistamedor" is. Did you get violated for lousy spelling?
