my friend.destiny is very unique so should she dye her hair her favorite color,blue? or should she get pink be cause she ask i had nothing to say.

she should try pink first because she can always go back over it with the blue if she doesn't like the pink. If she does blue first and doesn't like it, it's more difficult to get rid of the blue to then try pink

i would go streaks of mid night blue it changes colors in the light only if normal hair color is dark like black.
