I am wiccan. (Wick-an) Wiccan is a type of Witchcraft. a sort of religion you can choose or some are born with it. Those who are born with it are theoreticcally more powerful, i don't know if it's true because i am born with it and i don't know anyone other than my great grandmother who is wiccan. If you are born wiccan, you need to have wiccan blood. (a mother, grand parent or great grandparent that is also wiccan.) If you think you are wiccan and do not know of a wiccan in your family it may be because your past relatives mightn't of known they were/are. It is a gift from the gods and goddesses and is to be respected. I realized that I'm a witch when i discovered that when i reach a hightend emotional state (very angry ) I do things beyond things i shouldn't be able to do. (once my basketball coach made me very angry and i raised my hand. evry basketball in the gym bounced twice and then rolled at alarming speed toward him. I became scared and they stopped.)

Thanks guys for all the understanding! and keep it coming :)

I know i may cause harm to no one (it is true) and immediately after the bball incident i asked guidance and forgiveness of my element. (Air).

Metazone please stop posting non sence on the web. No offense but here are the facts on vamps -
1. They MUST be changed not birthed.
2. once they are changed they do not age. they are for eternity, as they were in the moment they were changed.
3. only very experienced vamps can shape shift.

Also. i have several friends who are vemp hunters and putting info that you are on the web may not be a good idea. Sorry for all this. I asked no one to make fun of or offend me and that's what i am doing to you. Also I a very sorry. if you'd like to reply to this e-mail me. Thank you to all.
P.S there are such things as vamps but those who do not control themselves and feed off of pigs blood will be slayed by vamp hunters so don't be afraid :)

I don't know where you've heard this stuff, but a lot of it is just plain wrong.

"I am wiccan. (Wick-an) Wiccan is a type of Witchcraft."

True. We can trace the word "witch" back to its Middle English equivalent, "wicche". "Wicche" is both masculine and feminine, and is derived from the Anglo-Saxon "Wicca" (masculine) & "Wicce" (feminine). "Wicca" is a corruption of the word "witga", a commonly used short form of the word "witega", which means "prophet; seer;magician;sorcerer". It is related to the word "witan" (to see;to know) as the Old Norse "vitki" (wizard) is to "vita" (to know).

"If you are born wiccan, you need to have wiccan blood. (a mother, grand parent or great grandparent that is also wiccan.)"

False. Nobody is born with a religion. There is always a choice. One may be raised Wiccan if their parents choose to do so. This stuff about "Wiccan blood" is nonsense. Religion is not biological or genetic. It's like saying one can be born Christian if their mother, grandparent, etc. has "Christian blood".

"If you think you are wiccan and do not know of a wiccan in your family it may be because your past relatives mightn't of known they were/are."

False. Religions are chosen. You aren't Wiccan or Muslim unless you choose to be, in which case you would know that you are Wiccan or Muslim. Furthermore, more recent studies of the history of modern witchcraft have revealed that Wicca does not go back much more than 60 years - it is the effort of Gerald Gardner to reconstruct what he believed to be an ancient European witch cult.

Go to http://www.randi.org/research/index.html , fill out the paperwork, and prove your claim. Should you succeed, you will change science as we know it and be $1million dollars richer - money that could be well spent sending you to college or studying your telekenises.

Cool! I only have one Wiccan friend off the net,but I know that there are quite a few on this board, and they are awesome people.I have never heard this faith as you have described it,thanks!Although I am a Christian,I think it is a beautiful religion.
I would be careful if I were you though.I have heard that as a Wiccan, you must make an effort to harm no one.I may be wrong however.

I'm not Wiccan, but I have many friends who are. You're certainly not alone! If you want to meet people who share your religious beliefs, try going to this site: http://www.beliefnet.com/boards/boards_main.AllCategories.asp?Category=102 They should have discussion boards for people who are Wiccan or who are interested in Wiccan beliefs.

I've had similar experiences. I was born a vampire (not made one like many are) and I scared the heck out of my friends when I shape-shifted into a mongoose. That was before I got it all under control. Well, not 100% under control because I did procrastinate one day, didn't feed like I was supposed to, and drained my best friend dry in 20 seconds flat. I'm still a vampire work-in-progress.
