Create a new folder by right-clicking on an open area of your desktop>select "New">"Folder". Put all the docs and files you want together in the folder>right-click it>select "Send to"> Compressed (zipped) Folder and save on desktop.

Then attach the Zipfile to your e-mail message as usual like a 'regular' attachment.

BUT, be aware that different e-mail servers can restrict the size of the mail you send.
