That's an odd way of putting it, but an ounce of dry ingredients would be two tablespoons, so 1/8 ounce would be 1/4 tablespoon or 3/4 of teaspoon.
It could be referring to weight, in which case, you'd need a kitchen scale and it would be .125 ounce. (I don't think most scales measure that detailed)

1/4 cup half of that cup or just take a pinch of the ingredients and ur good its reall small amount
