You have to find out where your states Athletic Commission is, go there and get the proper paper work, you may have to get a EKG and possibly a CT Scan all states may be different in their requirements. Once you turn Pro, you will be considered self-employed and there are proper tax documents that you must fill out, but they should give you all of the information that you need at the Athletic Commission.
