Hey, I haven't shucked in quite a few years, so I no longer shuck corn. You're correct, somewhat, in that the destination is important. But, the way I look at it, if I'm traveling that path with Someone who knows the way, it's so much more pleasant than going alone. And no, I don't think you're stupid. As Forrest Gump says, "Stupid is as stupid does". Besides, it doesn't really matter what I think. This is YahooAnswers, after all, where opinion is a dime a dozen. <*)))><

You are correct. The destination is the ultimate goal. Some paths are shortcuts, some are long and winding roads, but all paths lead to the same destination! See you there, some day!

No you are not "stupid", I don't think, anyway. I am not quiet sure what point you are trying to make but if you are saying that one can enter Heaven without accepting Christ as their savior here on earth then, my friend, you are wrong. The Bible says that there will be many who will try to come in by some "back way."
This will not work. To try to do this would make the great sacrifice that Christ made on the Cross, of no importance.

The destination is important, but damn it! I want to enjoy the ride. I do so by not judging the ease of walking on someone else's path.
Did you perhaps mean shyster? If so, I am not one. I may be a shucker... depends on if the beginning sound is pronounced with an f-sound.

The path back to Father is the path of love. choose love/empathy/fellowship in every event everyday. When you die and the judging begins, if it is clear that you have choosen love off to god you go.

Wouldnt you agree that if we started a trip to New York City we could just get on any road and eventually we would get there , No . So why would you think that any ole path would lead to God

you are fairly correct; the path is less important than the journey. although some people claim exclusive rights to the destination, the rest of us know they are wrong.
