As you might know already if you've read my other posts that I was experiencing right sided stomach pains a couple of nights ago. Yesterday and today the pain has gotten less and less, but it's still there and it's still making a lot of noises. I'm also pretty nauseous, but can never actually throw up. I don't have much of an appetite and I'm always exhausted and cold. I had a low grade fever yesterday of around 100.2 and it's back to normal today. I know with appendicitis the pain gets worse over time, so it can't be that, but does anyone have any idea what it might be?

It can be appendicitis. Appendicitis pain can come and go. And in some instances when the pain is less severe that mean its actually worse. The other symptoms you described are also similar to appendicitis. Nausea or vomiting and fever. It could on the other hand be a stomach virus. Whatever it is...You need to go to a doctor. If you cant see your doctor today. Go to the Emergency room. There is no way you can get diagnosed here. Your best bet is to just bite the bullet..Go the the ER and find out what it is. It could be something severe...or maybe it's not. But wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry?
Here is a link to the symptoms you described.

Sounds like appendicitis. you have all the symptoms. It could also be a problem with your ovary, or fallopian tube. I had a ovarian cyst which ruptured had those symptoms too. also might be gall stones. if they block the duct you have those symptoms, gall bladder problems come and go. appendicitis wouldn't once it becomes inflamed it doesn't get better without surgery.

Sounds like a bad flu of some kind, but since stomach pains usually go away after 24 hours, you better go see a doctor. Suck on lots of ice cubes because not only will that help your stomach, it'll keep you hydrated without making you barf like drinking a glass of water would.

you should ask your doctor about it because those are some symptoms of liver disease and the liver is on the right side of the stomach
