I can't imagine why it would be wrong to make a joke about the Flying Spaghetti Monster, because no one really believes in him. It is probably not going to offend to many people if you make a joke about Zeus, because few people follow Zeus today. However, Zeus is a valid God that people used to worship, and in fact, it can be argued that he is a form of the God that everyone worships today (everyone who worships God, that is). For example, in Hinduism, Zeus is known as Dyaus. And in so far as he was a father God, anyone who calls God "Father" is in some ways, worshipping the same God (because there's only one) as those who worshipped God under the name of Zeus.
So, in other words, it is making fun of God. So it might not be appropriate. Nevertheless, it probably wouldn't offend too many people. But it might offend some (there ARE people who believe in Zeus even today)

Since I am not a believer of the Greek Myths, it doesn't offend me, but you may be offending some people. This site is not a good place to make a joke. Go under jokes and riddles. Best place.

I would hate to see the flying spaghetti monster though. Hate to clean up after him.

Make all the jokes you'd like about the FSM, who has a great sense of humor and invites you to mock him, he's a big diety who can handle it. But don't mess around with Zeus.. he'll whack ya!

The Gods do have a sense of humor. Look at the person next to you.

It doesn't offend me whatsoever ... I think we all need to lighten up a bit at times and not take things so seriously.
