because they are stupid and give out free advertising.....i would put a sticker on my car, if theycut my rates by 10%

It seems like those people would be a favorite target of people who fake accidents.
I never let my car be an advertising billboard; no AAA stickers, no insurance company stickers, no car dealer labels or license plate surrounds.

cause the insurance company gave it to them, little do they know they are only advertising for the insurance company, FOR FREE
