China needs to relax its rule about only allowing couples to have on child each because eventually there wil be too many old people and there won't be enough young people. They should at least let them have 2 or 3 kids.

With a population of 1.3+ billion, the one child per family policy is probably the best way to keep the population from soaring even higher. Yes, it might seen kind of barbaric, but it's a fact that China is overflowing with people and something needs to be done. You got a better suggestion?

There are other problems. Since this policy has been imposed without any prior cultural change, girl babies are being abandoned and selective abortions are being carried out to avoid having a girl as a single child.
In some areas this is already creating a noticeably unbalanced society, with all the problems you can expect (violence against women increases, there's no way to create new families, society becomes more agressive...). This is why in rural areas the rule is already relaxed, allowing to go for a second child when the first is a girl.

I believe that China did relax the 1 child rule a few years ago. I could be wrong.

They don't follow that rule if the first baby is a girl because most people would kill the baby girl so they could try for a boy. If the 2nd one is also a girl, then that is their limit.

i am undecided on this question they have the most populated area. you have to sign your child on any mortgage that you sign there.. cuz there is next to no living space... how ever they all want boys to pass on the family name so if they find out it is a girl they often send it out for adoption or abort it..
