Revelation 4:2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. 3And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian. A rainbow, resembling an emerald, encircled the throne.

Actually, God wouldn't be white according to Revelation. Jasper is a mixture of reds and browns and black. Carnelion is a whitish ivory color.

If you go by revalations, He's a white color

But we are to worship god in spirit and in truth. not by what color He is.
