I think Georgia is way better. Honestly the first thing I thought of reading that was (hor-ha) Alot of people with pronounce it that way I think. Maybe Georjia or Jorgia. My children have unique names also, I got alot of slack for them. But this is your child and you should name her as you wish. I did.
Congrats and Good luck.

I like the name Georgia. You may not realize this but George in Scandinavian is Jorge, pronounced Yorge or Anglicized to Jorge, so the spelling of Georgia would be Jorga, which could be pronounce Yorga. Your spelling, Jorja, would translate to Yorya. This is just for your information, make what ever decision that you want.

The girl on CSI is Jorga Fox (pronounced Georgia). I think it is fine as long as you realize that she will have to spell it for people all the time, get used to it being mispelled, and mispronounced. My mother has a relatively common name, but it is spelled slightly differently than the usual way -- so I am speaking from experience. She would never change the way her name is spelled, but it does get annoying.

I hate it and I will guarantee she will hate it too.
Everytime she is asked her name she will have to do a spelling lesson or have it show up as "Georgia".
Stick to what people can spell easily.

I LOVE IT! It's unique without being overly weird. My daughter's name is Daisy Josephine, we were looking for something that wasn't common, sounds like you are too! It's a great name, good luck with baby!!

Very unique. Go for it! I have 2 boys, Clay and Collin (rather than Clayton and Colin). And a nephew named Camryn (rather than Cameron).
