The primary difference is that of the Messiah- Jesus is the Son of God for Christians, and for Muslims he was just a prophet.

another aspect of Islam is that they see the prophet Muhammad's words as the word of God (they were written down in the Qu'ran) and Christians do not accept this.
All other differences stem from this.

Your first answerer couldn't be any more wrong. The difference is Christians believe Jesus is the SON of God and Savior of the world. Muslims do not. All other differences are inconsequential compared to this.

Christianity and Islam have much in common on a practical level, however they differ greatly on the spiritual aspect as Islam does not see Jesus as the Messiah but as a holy Prophet, and this is a vast difference.

Christians don't pull stunts like those 6 Muslims who were kicked off of the airplane. Fox news said today it was a stunt to get attention. One more reason to dislike Muslims in Americia.

One main difference-and you really should already know this. Christians see Jesus as G-d. Muslims see him as a Prophet of G-d's.

Muslims worship the God of Jesus, Christians worship Jesus

'Surely, they have disbelieved who say: "Allah is the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary)." But the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)] said: "O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers) there are no helpers.' (Qur'an 5:72)
