yeh it means he likes being around which means he really likes you. i mean come on why would he say that if he has no feelings for u?

well how old are you and him? and do you feel something towards him? you need to be more specific. well I'll still tell you what i think you mean. i think that if someone likes your company it should be interpreted that he would like to spend more time with you and that's about it. now another question does he say that often... because then maybe that will also determine how much he thinks about you.

That is a tough one. The question was quite vague. You really need to ask him why he likes having you around. Tell him about what qualities you like in him and then see what qualities he likes about you. Positive affirmations never hurt.

It's not hard to understand a man...just LISTEN to what he says rather than what you WANT to hear. He likes having you around is EXACTLY what he means, he is comfortable with you, he enjoys your company. PERIOD.
