The stretch marks will lessen and fade with time. Mederma helps with both those and the c-section scar.

A c-section is a serious incision, you need to understand that because of the size, depth and handling of that incision during the birth process you will have, and continue to, build up a lot of scar tissue.

Its normal to have that c-section 'ledge' because of the scar tissue. Aside from cosmetic surgery there really isnt a way to minimize it.

As far as loose skin, it takes your skin a long time to gain its elasticity, how much its able to pull itself together depends on its health (this is where lotions help) and your genetics, (this is where taking it in stride helps).

At some point you may consider a tummy tuck, they have them especially designed for repairing and minimizing the effects of a c-section. While you cant get rif of the scar completely, you can help pull it down under tha panty line with surgery. Its costly and painful, and shouldnt be done if you may ever get pregnant again.

for stretch marks you can use a cream called witch hazel you can get it from fitness and diet stores you rub it on the stretch marks everyday and in about a month they should become less visible nad start to change back to your skin colour this has worked many times for me after 2 months you wont be able to tell you had stretch marks as for the loose skin just make sure you do excersises that work on the muscles in your stomach then the skin will have no time to loosen because the excersises will tighten the skin hope the advice works ive been were u are and you can make your body llok amazing after having kids hope that helps :)

If she is healthy a little pepto. Also make sure she has plenty of water. Feed her rice or chicken and rice in very small amounts to see if she can keep it down. If she continues to vomit call your vet.
