well ok,theres this boy and i'm going out with him but he's really shy and he dosent like to make moves and i told him and he felt really bad,so he said that he would start being a better boyfriend but i dont think he means it what should i say to him that will make him understand more?

This boy may be inexperienced and scared..... you need to initiate the contact and walk him through it in a nice and subtle way!!! Once he starts feeling comfortable he will not be able to keep his hands off you!!! Be a teacher for a bit!!! Good luck!!

first of all let me help you out ..... not all boys are eager to make moves because they themselves are not ready and or they are scared. Whatever you do don't push him and just let him know that you are okay with any moves (if you are) that he wants to make...(and when you say moves..i am assuming that you mean i.e. kissing, holding hands...and so on). I think that you have a shy one on your hands and that is a quality to love in him. Talking to him about it once is enough and let time run its course. Be patient with him and last thing i want to tell you is that make sure you let him know that he is not being a "bad" boyfriend.....he is being respectful. Time will bring you two together and good luck to you both.

its ok to go slow...He sounds sweet and hes the kind that will stick with you....Keep talking to him....if youre less than 16 thats all you need....After 16 kissing is ok but keep your clothes on.

from your description, he sounds like he means it.
Just start taking your relationship further in awkward places and be like, if you don't start, i'm keep this up, ie in front of his mom, or grandma, or teachers, or best friends etc.
