I think so... If it is not a gene , it is something in our body or our brains that pushes some us to homosexuality... Condemning homosexuality is as clever as condemning sexuality... And people who cite the Bible to condemn gays shoudl be ashamed to be so stupid because the Bible was probably written by homophobes at a time where tribal life was the main form of social organization and each tribe needed men to defend the tribe and assure its survival.
Homosexuality was a treason to the future of the tribe but not a moral sin.... The idea of sin came out later with those stupid Christians and their great Priests who were fornicating in the Vatican...

No....being "gay" vs. "straight" isn't dependent on your genes. If that was the case, then homosexuality could be tracked like sickle-cell anemia. It has to do more with the hard wiring of the brain. Men who have an hard wiring that is similar to a heterosexual female can become homosexual, and vice versa. Nothing can say that if this happens, you'll be gay. What would you do with the people who say they're bi-sexual??

It was claimed to have been isolated but this was proved false. It doesn't mean there isn't a "gay" gene; it just means one hasn't been found. What never ceases to amaze me is the sick obsession with homosexuality displayed through the ages by governments, religions, various employers, etc.
