i really like this girl and someone told her i liked her but didnt say my name and she said who ever it is should say because they have a chance and i think she knows its me how should i tell her how i feel because i want it to be perfect

You may want a friend to help you arrange this one. Ask the girl out on a casual date, I said you may need a friend, because if it's not just the two of you there will be less pressure and it won't seem as "date-ish." Then, get your friend (and his date?) to leave the two of you alone, and at that point tell her how you feel. Just be honest.

well may i suggest you give her something that symbolizes the way you feel for and not so much go up to her and tell her," i like you". but be creative. but remember there is also no wrong way to say it. be confident it will work out. ;) good luck.

k well if a guy liked me then i would want him to be agressive sort of. don't be like "i like u..." but be like "listen, i know u like me and i like you too. do you want to go out?"
it's bold, and you might be alittle nervous, but she'll be surprised and she'll love it.
ps. if u don't want to do that... DO NOT tell her in an email or a letter. because then things will get SO AWKWARD!!!
