to put it simply; boys have a stronger left brain, while the right brain is stronger for girls. The left side of the brain is geared more for things like sports, while the right brain's strength is languages and emotions. (this is why girls are better at talking and are generally more emotional) so the bottom line is that since boys' brains aren't the best at things like talking, they generally dont talk as much as girls.
another thing: boys view talking as a way to communicate info., while girls view it as a way to strengthen friendships (how many girls dont spend hours on the phone going on and on about everything under the sun :~) this is why whenever boys talk on the phone they dont talk much more than is neccesary

First guess, is he has places to go and people to see.
And he might not be all that interested in you. Did that ever occur to you?
Kind of seeing someone means what? Sounds like it isn't anything to get really excited about. And if he doesn't call on the weekends, that should tell you something.
Move on. He isn't for you.

It's because some people just don't spend much time on the phone. With most of my friends, the phone is simply a tool with which to coordinate and confirm plans, not something you spend hours on chatting about god-knows-what. That, IMO, is best done face-to-face....

possibly he's making up those excuses because of the fact he fairly does not desire to communicate. possibly he thinks in case you adult adult males communicate on the telephone such as you used to once you have been relationship then he could advance thoughts lower back, and does not desire that to take place. may well be assorted motives.

i use to have this same problem with this one guy. this was in the early phase of the relationship. i guess they're nervous. but once the relationship devlopes more he'll feel more comfortable talk to you. also you should try to talk to him about something he likes. he'll feel good that you made the first move and it will make him feel better about himself to know that you're intrusted.

maybe he gets busy... from time to time. besides you shouldn't be the one calling him, because if he truly likes/loves you he should be the one who is going to show how much he wants to
-spend time with you
-talk to you
-or even just simply want to hear your voice.
