How old do you have to be to move out on your own?

18, finished high school and have a JOB.......
Please think about it cuz u cant take your bed and all the stuff in your room...so u have to be able to afford and buy your own.....
I'm 30 and single and its still hard Here are my monthly expense..just to give you something to think about... rent $800, phone bill $40, cable and internet $60, electric $30, car note $450, car insurance $200, Grocery shopping $300 ($150 bi-weekly), Clothes $300 ( we have to caught a sale)
This is not even including KIDS
If u dont have a job bringing home atleast $3000/month DONT DO IT......
Plus to make more $$$$ you have to increase your education......

It really depends on what state you live in. But most of the time, you have to be 18.
