According to:

It is a program called PowerISO. A quick search brought up that it costs $29.95. One option is that you might check out CDBurnerXP if you have Windows, which is a free download, and see if it can read. If not, you might have to do some super-sleuthing to see if there is a program that will open it that's freeware.

PowerISO Direct-Access-Archive

PowerISO is a CD/DVD image file processing tool, which allows you to open, extract, create, edit, compress, encrypt, split and convert ISO files, and mount these files with internal virtual drive. It can process almost all CD-ROM image files including ISO and BIN. DAA is a format for an image file, which supports some advanced features, such as compression, password protection, and splitting to multiple volumes (similar to .RAR and other compression formats).

If you don't want to get PowerISO you can mount the file using a virtual CD drive. Use Daemon Tools (it is a fantastic free tool), here is a link: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php
