My boyfriends getting them pretty often. It tends to happen soon after he eats. If he tilts his head back to stop it it'll only clog the blood in worse. Whats the cause of one?

He may be eating to fast. Or it may be that he is allergic to one of the foods he eats. If it happens again, try pinching his nose right at the bridge of it, but DONT tilt your head back, you can choke! If it gets anymore serious try to go see a doctor

I am pretty sure that getting punched in the face will cause a bloody noise. Also a smack with a bat or being shoved into a door face first will cause a bloody nose.

Hope that helps.

don't tilt back all the way though, that can cause you to choke. but it could be that his nose is dry. try a nose spray or either a humidifer.

well last year, it happened to me every day, after i ate, too. but it only happened in the winter.
i got some nose drops, and it stopped bleeding, and i dont even use them any more.
idk, might be genetics, cuz my dad's side of the family, their noses bleed a lot to..

I get them because of allergies... and because of the nose spray that I use.
