well that's the easiest thing to happen in life! cuz no matter how filthy rich or really poor she is,it's her heart what matters CZ love is all that matter!when you say this let me ask you one question?didn't Juliet fell for romeo?and don't guys who are rich falled in love with really poor girls?so no matter what sex they are weather she's a girl or he's a guy love is all that matters and yes a rich girl can fall in love a poor guy!specially if they treat her nice and he's really sweat to her and by saying romantic words that can swept her off her feet why couldn't she?so i'll say yeah!

It depends. If he likes you or not. Well of course she can, but you just have to tell her and show her how much you love her. If she doesn't know than she will never know. You have to let her know. It doesn't really matter is you're rich or poor if she really loves you.
