Generally that means a person is only acting Christian when it's convenient for them. They'll go to Church, pray, offer spiritual advice, etc., but then not give money to the homeless person on the street or perhaps say mean things about a person behind their back. Personally, I try to be a full-time Christian.

Part time Christian ?
They think that being a Christian just enough by going to church every sunday, but forgot the rest of the week. Never open the bible but at church on sunday, never pray during the week only at church on sunday. God is not number one in their life, just because of that, forget the rest of the 10 Commandments.
