Why do you need to know the purpose of your existance? Don't you have the strength to live life without that? I do. Too bad you don't. You must live a very sad hopeless life if you can't see beyond your religion.

You are mistaken, we do know the history of all origins and have plenty of eveidence to study on the subject. All Christians are to share the Gospel with a lost and sinful world, that is a command of Jesus Christ. To be saved one must repent of all sin -turn around and go the opposite direction- admit our sinfulness to God,ask for His forgiveness and believe in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on our behalf. The only true revelation of God is found in the pages of The Holy Bible and it is from there that we must receive our answers. If you are suggesting that we must earn our way into Heaven then you have not read or believed the Bible, for it plainly and repetitively states otherwise. Believing in Jesus Christ simply means to believe in everything that the Bible says about Him -birth, life, death and resurrection. The Holy Spirit is the teacher for Christians. "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak of His own, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you" -Jn.16:13, 14
Once a person has been born again -which is the only requirement to obtain salvation, according to Jn. 3:3-8- then they will desire to do good works out of love for and obedience to Jesus Christ. I pray that you have not been led astray but the wording of your question leaves me concerned.

If someone revealed the word of God to you then I would suggest you go to that person and ask whatever questions you have and then get the scripture so you can read it for yourself. If you simply decided to research it on your own then you still should read the whole thing and then ask the questions you want answers to.

Again, your references have nothing to do with your question.
If your "revelation" was anything other than grace by faith, I'd question who the revelation came from. Jesus said He was the only way to the Father.
You can teach yourself anything - a book is a "preacher" if you learn from it. The Holy Spirit is also a preacher. So is Satan.

In a way your right. One cannot simply believe in Christs existence and His crucifixion and then continue living a life of sin with no remorse. Things must change within. You must allow yourself to be molded into the image of Christ Himself.

You must believe in Christ and then you will be saved, you really don't have to do anything else except meditate on his word. If you do that God will revel everything to you that you need to know.

There isn't reason to believe in anything without doubts. In my beliefs.
