He might have fleas. Or, he might be bored. Try giving him a bone or chew snack.

Oh come on, that is how they clean themselves and scratch themself if they have an itch....If it is a constant thing then they may have fleas or a skin irritation that needs some meds

Could be fleas ,dry skin, or he may even have allergies. If it is allergies your vet could give him a shot for that.

Its called grooming and for scratching they prob. have flles or an itch... *rolls eyes*

maybe allergies,my dog has allergies and he will lick and bite his paws
