BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - Three parked car bombs exploded in central Baghdad on Saturday near a predominantly Shiite area packed with vendors, killing at least 91 people and wounding dozens, officials said. I was totally opposed to going into Iraq, but the fact is we are there now. Even if public opinion over there is that we should leave, I must disagree... The country needs a lot of infrastructure built up and acceptable levels of police and public order... Leaving now would be a disaster. It is important we stay and work in the best interests of the Iraqi people, not Halliburton.

Boy you are on a ROLL aren't you?

Tell you what..... enlist right now and come over here.
I'll call a buddy of mine down in Baghdad that just sent two of his friends home 'early' (it's called an 'Angel Flight').

We'll get you squared away so you can go right into the heart of Baghdad and 'make a difference' here.

By the way, I have hundred of Iraqi friends that would LOVE to set you straight on why we're here and why they want us to stay for awhile. Most of them lost their entire families to Saddam.

This stuff was going on before US went in and it's not going to stop once we leave. Iraq is actually better than it was. I've been reading CIVILIAN blogs and they are glad that the US came in. Saddam killed anyone who was known to disagree with him. Look at Iraq right now. Do you really think our presence or lack thereof is going to change things at this point? It'll only get worse if we leave.

Yeah I hope the troops leave too

I want to see how fast we are "ASKED" back in.....

I'm not kidding....

do you think the car bombings are really going to stop?... you're disillusioned if you do

do you think Iraq's al qaida is going to pack up their bags and move so they can do their terror elsewhere? I really want to see the people who think that blowing themselves up is some sort of God given right to do - HAVE to stop because the US troops are out!!!!!! Of couse they won't!!!

Once again, like a typical lib, you build a "Straw Man" argument. No one is saying things in Iraq are easy, but they're certainly better than when Saddam was in power! Read what I said in your first idiotic question regarding the GOOD our military has accomplished, and stop posting these fallacy-laden questions.

soooooo what in the world was our troops supposed to do? Look in these cars with exray glasses? If they did do something about it if they could you and the left wing media would say that they were disrupting some weird religious tradition and that they should be brought up on charges of religous descrimination. I forgot though, when saddems was there it was all sunshine and lollipops before we got there. We are to blame, i forgot about that

I'm tired of the military bashing. Have you ever been over there? If not, shut up because you have no clue what the h*ll you are talking bout.

Don't worry.
The Democrats are going to move the troops out about 2010.
