This guy at my school always looks at me when my friends and he talks 2 me alot. I like him alot SINCE the 4th and it been at least 3 years hes just perfect and hot and I dont know how ask him out but my parents won't let me go out with boys yet they think Im still LITTLE and its really ingorning. I WANT 2 ASK HIM OUT but how.without letting my now about it. He is very hot and I don't now 2 do or telling my parents im growing ^. he is very nice and e never made fun of me, Last year our school went 2 a camp and at dinner he sat by me and he played footesy with me and made jokes that was FUNNYYYYY. write him a note. tell him that it is cool that you two are friends, and you really like that, and that your parents wont let you date anyone, but that you really like him and you were wondering if he liked you too. then you can say that you would like to boyfriend and girlfriend around school, but it would take a while for you to talk to your parents about doing anything outside of school.

Well I don't know how old you are, but your parents are going to have to realize you need to grow up sometime. It seems to me this boy really likes you also. Realationships between young kids are a lot different. Don't expect him to come forward. It's quite obvious he likes you. Take the step and ask him out to the movies. Then break it to your parents. They will have to accept it eventually.

sweetie just wait, a girl never ask a guy out think this way you r a nice girl and if you gave your self once to some one you will not live your life with and know you will he will not be the only one you will give your self to, if it happen once it may happen again but if happen twice it will happen all the time be car full don't give your self to any one but to the guy who you really think you will spend your life with :)

no matter how old you are, you should become friends with anyone you like. just don;t take it too far, you'll have time for that later
uuh... how old is he? If he's your age, he might have a crush on you. If he's, like, 4 years older, he just thinks like your parents.
As for asking him out, just be yourself... And be brave!
