I think that's why some people believe that you can't really be baptized until you are old enough to make the decision for yourself. It doesn't count if you don't believe at the time. I would think that it would somehow cancel itself out in a way if you became a nonbeliever after a baptism.

Unless you invent the Flux Capacitor and turn a Delorian into a time machine and go back in time and stop your baptism from happening, no. If you try this, avoid direct interaction with yourself or you'll cause a huge problem in the space-time continuum.
