Why don't you start by asking him out somewhere for a meal or why don't the two of you go out to the cinema, and then while out of a date you could hold his hand and then see what happens after that.
Alternatively think of things this way, would you like to be in a relationship with this guy and how would you feel if he were to start seeing another girl?
If you want to be in a relationship with the guy and you know that he if were to start seeing someone else that you'd just hate it then sit down and talk to him about it, because he obviously wants to give it a go as well. But unless one of you makes the move then this could be one opportunity that passes you by and the two of you will always wonder what if

OK I HAVE BEEN TROUGH THIS SITUATION ,BUT THE ONLY THING IS THAT MY GUY MADE THE 1ST MOVE AND I THINK I GOT HIM TOO.HE WOULD ALWAYS SEE ME AROUND AND WOULD APPORACH ME CASUALLY.I MADE SURE HE WOULD SEE ME EVERY DAY !
IN YOUR SITUATION -
WHY DON'T YOU INVITE HIM TO A MOVIE OR TO GO SOMEWHERE BECAUSE IT SEEMS THAT HE DOEN'T WNT TO MAKE- TELL HIM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET TO KNOW HIM BETTER
TAKE IT SLOW THERE IS NO RUSH
I HAD A BREAK UP RECENTLY BECAUSE MY BF CHEATED ON ME WITH THREE OTHER GIRLS BUT I FORGAVE HIM INSPITE OF IT AND KNOW WE ARE JUST FRIENDS SO THE FRIENDSHIP IS STILL THERE-
THE GUY I AM WITH CURRENTLY, WE MAKE SURE THAT WE EXPRESS OUR FEARS TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE
TO KEEP ALL OF THAT BOOTLE UP INSIDE LEADS TO TTHE LOSE OF A RELATIONSHIP!
YOU SAID THAT YOU HAVE CHEMISTRY,ARE REA;Y GOOD FRINEDS SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GO AHEAD AND ALWAYS HAVE AND PRACTICE GOOD COMUNICATION SKILLS BECAUSE THERE WILL ALWAYS BE MISCONCEPTIONS.THINK OF IT THIS WAY YES THERE IS A POSSIBLILITY THAT YOU COULD BE PASSING A PRECIOUS TIME- BECAUSE THE RISKS ARE WORTH TAKING CONSIDERING YOU MAY BE LOOKING AT YOUR FUTURE MATE!
P.S I HOPE THIS HELPS AND CAN U BE MY BUDDY?

You can't be afraid to put yourself out there. If you don't make a move you may never know what might of come of it. I would want a woman to take the first step. it shows confidence. If he doesn't feel the same way and just wants to be friends then just accept that and try to preserve the friendship.

I read that book "He's Just Not that Into You." It was such an eye-opener for me. You should read it, too. One of the things the author said was if a guy likes you HE WILL NOT BE AFRAID TO LOSE YOU AS A "FRIEND." He will WANT to take things to the next level.
So maybe he likes you, but not enough to ask you out. Then again, maybe he does like you. If he's not asking you out, he's just not THAT into you...

Avoid work relationships. They are bad news. Quit working there and start dating the guy.

you be conscious, in case you've been quite and actually a "loose runner" you does no longer even supply a theory as to being somebody else. tutor her that you may want to be extra efficient than a fictional personality (i'd actual take that offensive if my boy needed me to be a fictional being) And if she nonetheless isn't satisfied nicely then that poor new child needs to bypass to reality rehab (no offense)

Invite him to your place for a romantic dinner---with lots of wine. Maybe you'll both put the moves on each other.

Walk up and say, "Look, you're a great friend, but I want something more, let's take a shot at it."
Then kiss him real good :)
Maybe not that fast
