"They were all filled with awe and praised God, "A great Prophet has appeared among us," they said. "God has come to help his people." This news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding country."

Luke 7:16-7

However, it is interesting to note that the term "son of God" is used in other parts of the Bible to refer to Adam (Bible: Luke 3:38), Israel (Bible: Exodus 4:22) and David (Bible: Psalms 2:7) as well. The creatures of God are usually referred to in the Bible as children of God.
according to bible you should believe in 3 son's of God ,
the Christian's tell's us because Jesus had no father that's why he is the son of God ,,,, than my answer is Adam should be a greater son of God than Jesus because he had no father and no mother,

So please he was not the geneticly son of God ,does not make sense

In Judaism, 'son of man originally meant human being, then later the Heavenly messiah who will be revealed in the last days. Christians believe that the One God exists in Three Persons and One substance. At the time of Jesus, many Jews thought he was a prophet, as they did not believe that God could take human form, or die on a cross). They also believed that the expected Messiah would be a warrior king.

Jesus also said that both he and the Father were one. Adam never claimed this, nor did David. Jesus wasn't put to death on the cross for claiming to be a prophet!

Jesus confirming that He is the Son of God
Matthew 16:13-19
13When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"
14They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets."

15"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"

16Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ,[b] the Son of the living God."

17Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. 18And I tell you that you are Peter,[c] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[d] will not overcome it.[e] 19I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be[f] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[g] loosed in heaven."

The Old Testament foretelling the coming of Jesus - as GOD

Isaiah 9:6-7

6 For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, [b] Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace
there will be no end.
He will reign on David's throne
and over his kingdom,
establishing and upholding it
with justice and righteousness
from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the LORD Almighty
will accomplish this.

There are many more verses - these two are quite compelling though.

Yes but the Bible states Jesus is Begotten of the Father, no where does it state that Adam is begotten of the Father but only created. If you read the bible we are all sons of God it says.

Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet, Christians believe He is Savior, and the Jews believe that he was a dissident & they are still waiting on their Messiah.

The people that had witnessed the resurrection of the widow's son made the quote. The person who recorded the event said "And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not."

"I and the Father are One" - Jesus. John 10:30.

A Muslim believes in ONE GOD, Supreme and Eternal, Infinite and Mighty, Merciful and Compassionate, Creator and Provider. God has neither father nor mother, neither sons nor was He fathered. None equal to Him. He is God(swt). And Jesus(pbuh) is a holy prophet of God. Not his son.

They just don't understand simple as. They don't want to understand or listen. They are happy how it is, as far as I see it. But how can God have a son? Now you people explain that! That means God had relationship with Mary!?!?! OH my!! Come on you sick people! This is what you Christians say: Jesus is the Son of God. And Jesus's mother was Mary. And hes father is God. So there was something up between Mary and God?! You dirty sick twisted people!!! Nasty!! How dare you think like that!!

Because of John 3:16 clearly states! "God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." so i guess His Son refers to Jesus Chirst hes the one who died on the cross.
