well, it's annoying, i'll give u that. i have a friend who chomps through crisps like there's no tomorrow, but the thing that bugs me more is when he sits and picks the bits out of his teeth afterwards....... ewwww.... here is a list of the sounds that i find annoying :
fingernails down a chalk board
polystyrene packaging blocks squeaking against eachother
constant sniffing from people who don't blow their noses
Eminem (lol - he's just plain annoying)
next door neighbour's dog howling
i'm sure that there are loads more annoying noises out there, but these ones bug me the worst !

No I'd say people sucking their teeth after eating a meal, to try and get that little piece of food that got stuck somewhere.
Sniffing....it always makes me want to shove a tissue at people when they do that...I have been known to do it to shut them up.
Also people that make comments like....oh this is lovely....when eating something someone made them, when it's plainly obvious they aren't enjoying it really.

The rustling of the bag is also very annoying. Also, my husband folds the empty bag into a bow shape and leaves them lying all over the place.

This is a good question. alot of sounds are annoying but the old and classic one scratch the blackboard or the whiteboard pen!

Squeaking styrofoam is nearly unbearable to me, I hate that sound. Strangely nails on chalkboard doesn't bug me at all.
If you really dislike someone, the sound of their breathing can be incredibly annoying

oh ya it can b .God if my kids eat the zesty cheese doritos i have to eat one so i don't smell them cause they smell like dirty feet n when i eat just 1 then i can't smell it.My ex would get on my nerves cause he had this clicking noise as well as a crunch .

That is annoying but I think the most annoying is when someone has a candy wrapper in their hands and they keep crinkling it.....now that drives me crazy!
