Bend over backwards to help someone? occasionally i like to bend over backwards to help others, in the best way i can when the need arises....do you bend over backwards to help?

Bending over backwards rarely accomplishes anything worthwhile. If the need does arise, I do like to help out. But bend over backwards? Only when I'm Limbo Dancing!!!

It is good to help to the best of your ability.
