OMG! Well we had just come from lunch and all and i sat down well a couple of minutes later and grabbed on to me and moved his hands down my body and all and feeling on me saying i want to make love to you! and this all happened in class and the teacher nor students didn't really pay attention!
now i was kinda shocked! i didn't know what to do i just kinda sat there!

kick his a s s. go tell it to the principal and ur parents. don't be afraid if he tries to abuse u after the school go to the cop. BEST OF LUCK

Yes it most certainly is. Go to the school counsellor and tell her/him what happened, challenge the teacher (away from the classroom) It doesn't matter if the boy was kidding or not, sexual HARRASSMENT, not assault though the police will decide which it is, to call the police and have a zero tolerance for this kind of behaviour. It is still YOUR BODY and you have RIGHT to DEMAND that something be done.
IF the teacher says the boy was only joking you would be right to ask the teacher if they have had any training in what constitutes sexual harrassment. If you were insulted and it sounds like you felt intimidated and uncomfortable with what he did. The fact that he took such liberties publically in school makes me shudder.
Go first to the principal and make your case. Tell him/her how it made you feel how frozen you were and how frightened/shocked and disbelieving that the teacher and other students didn't even react and acted like it was nothing. He did touch you and harrassment is defined that way but a good prosecuter may make it a case of simple assault. I think it should be felony harrassment and the teacher should be liable as well for not protecting you or creating safety in the classroom. As well the teacher is liable for not acting to put a stop to such behaviour or to support you.
I know I am taking a hard line but what happens when that boy is NOT joking?
Please talk to a counsellor, pastor or the principal about this. Do not let their authority or position intimidate you. You have a right to speak out. It is your choice.

I can't say whether it qualifies as sexual assault, but it clearly qualifies as sexual harassment. Do you have any friends in the class that you can count on as witnesses? I ask this because you mention they didn't pay attention.
You should bring this to the attention of someone in the school's administration, and soon. Try to ask two or three of your classmates if they witnessed this, and ask them if they'll back you up. This is serious behavior and needs to be stopped NOW. If he thinks he can get away with this now, he's going to try something else next.

it is sexual assault and he needs to be reported and stopped. You should never have to go thru this ever. No matter how you dress or talk no means no. SO report him to the teacher then the principal. HE will get expelled but he will learn to keep his hands off. The teacher here is also at fault for not pating attention of what's going on in her class.

YES go to your Principal, counselor, teacher that you trust any responsible adult. Get it reported now, as you should have then. If it ever happens again, scream right then, make a big scene on the spot.Don't just sit there, jump up, others might think you don't mind .

this happened in a classroom full of people? that's just plain wrong! the teacher should be shot! if a teacher can't keep his students in check, what good is he to them? and if the guy who did this to you had the balls to do it IN class in front of everyone, he should be publically humiliated and then shot! and if you allowed this to happen (no matter where or w/ whom) you need to learn to assert yourself! you should have punched him so hard he wouldn't know what day of the week it is! yes, this is sexual assault. i suggest you tell someone, first your parents, then have them talk to the head of the school. that boy has to be removed from the school/suspended so he can't do this to anyone else.
