depends wich one have you known longer . the one you feel you know the best will most likely feel more at ease if you try something with her and she would help you get together with her best friend if you ever broke up

You'll have to make a decision, or take them both out to a movie and see which one you would rather date.
Depending on their age, if you date one first and change your mind, you may not have a chance with the other.

Be careful. Date someone else besides them two because that could cause them to fight and not be friends but then again it might not, who knows.

Also, don't date someone just because they're "cute." When I fall for someone, I fall for their qualities within. Not their appearance.
