The english title is "Once upon a time in America", it is on TV in spanish right now. Literally, sort of, it translates "It was a time in America". I'm watching it right now.

Try reposting this in Society and Culture--Languages or Entertainment and Music--Movies. You'll get better results.
I know the last four words are "once in America" but I don't recognize the first.
Anyway, titles usually aren't literally translated, so you may just have to have a movie buff tell you the answer.
