Is there a foriegn (launguage) equivalent to Napster.com? If so, what/where is it? (what is the URL?)?

I am interested in find songs sung in forieng languages. Written in the native country, and sung by the people who know thier culture best. From German (European countries) to Swahili to the African dialects. I have only just started looking for such a site that might host such an varity of langueages, but figured i'd start here. If you know of different sites that host one group (European/Asian/African/South-East Asian) at a time, then that would be just as welcome.
So let me know, if you know, about any such sites. Thanks.

Try this site for Esperanto songs and lyrics as a start. And before anybody decides that Esperanto doesn't count as a foreign language because it has no culture, these songs are a good starting place at dispelling that rumour. As far as location is concerned, well the address is rather broad - the world.
