Don't you mean $500+? And if you are looking for a Chihuahua look for ads in the newspaper. Always cheap.

On ePupz there are crosses from £150. Some of them are adorable. The cheapest purebred is £395 & is an atypical looking adult.

They may be less expensive if rescued via Chihuahua Rescue (rather than purchased via an ad) -

The prices seem to reflect their current popularity ... other breeds, less fashionable, seem to be selling for more reasonable amounts.... there are lots of Jack Russel puppies out there ....

is incredible that you don t want to spend to much money to buy a little dog. look for a chihuahua rescue org or go to a shelter that probably it will be the cheapest place and the fee will cover spay or neuter, shots and microchip. but remember to keep a dog health and happy it does cost money. you should be prepared to spend around $30 a month on your dog.

Check wth your local shelters. Chihuahuas are often given up for adoption. Giving a home to a homeless pet is well worth the adoption fee.

most of the time if you are buying a pure breed they are going to cost big bucks. I got mine from a shelter and it costs 200.00. Go to petfinder.com, list your zip and it will list chi's all over the place..it will tell you pure breed or mixed, cost (you have to click on the name of the shelter and read their cost), etc. Any dog from a shelter needs a good home. If you really want a chi, look in the paper, contact the local shelters and vets, put up ads, put a ad in a paper that you want to buy one. You can even register on petfinder and they will send you a em-mail when the kind of dog you want comes available

cheapest is not always better .... some of the breeders that sale cheap have animals that are either sick or have something wrong with them that will end up costing more in the long run .... plz plz make sure you talk to people that the breeder has sold to ......... a good breeder will have no problem giving the name because they will have nothing to hide,,,,,, good luck
