Why not get him a Chanukah gift?
A simple Holiday card (if buying a chanukah card will freak you out) with a great bottle of Vodka wrapped with a hot red bow on top would do it for me and send me all the righ messages.
Enscript the card with something flirty like...
..."Would you like to have a drink this Holiday Season?"

Get him anything you would buy him if he was not Jewish and I don't know where you shop but there are loads of Hanukah cards where I live. {also Ecards} If you can't find such a card get him a Seasons Greeting Card. I am Jewish and have gotten loads of Merry Christmas cards and have never ever been offended because I have always considered the spirit in which they were sent

Pretty much anything, but should be wrapped as a Hanukkah gift as in blue and white or silver, NOT red and green or Santas, you get the idea.

If he is religious then recommendations of Kosher foods/ wine, or checkout a Jewish bookstore, but not on a Friday evening they usually close early.

To find out when Hanukkah is this year check a calendar or your favorite search engine.

if u know he has a great sense of humor a good gift is a book called "a little Joy a little Oy". its a book of jokes and funny stories that is guaranteed to make any Jew smile and will at least get u talking with so u can ask him out
