Hey sleepsygu..,

I use the software that came with Windows, PHOTOED.EXE. In the EFFECTS pull down menu is an option called EDGE, and then there are radio buttons, for THIN, THICK, Horizontal and Vertical. It works great. There are other options too, you should be able to load that software by reloading your Windows disk, because it requires a custom install. Ask in the computer section, they will know how to do that part.

Adobe, and all other illustrators come with better and more comprehensive similar options too. You just have to find it.

This is an option in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Just click and use the sliders until you get the effect that you want.
