I see that you were even too lazy to use the spell checker so you really need help.

The best way is to start doing proper exercise. When you get your heart pumping and the blood gets to your brain with the extra oxygen you will feel much more alert and invogorated. It really does work. If you are not used to exercise then just try a brisk half hour walk every day.

If you really do a lot of exercise, then you will get a natural high from the release of natural endorphines in your body. Most sportsmen and sportswomen say it can be better than sex!

The hard part is starting but excercise is definately the best way to get relief from laziness.

Laxatives "that will keep you on the move "

Serious now have you had your HB (haemoglobin) checked ? you may be anaemic . Also your thyroid function may be a little bit out, do you feel the cold more than you used to, thinning or brittle hair, dry skin or unexplained weight gain this is usually caused by an under active thyroid gland/ You could be short of sleep are you burning the candle at both ends?. On the other hand you could be pregnant.

A quick medicinal cure for laziness consists of a large glass of prune juice + 6 Bisacodol tablets. This can be guaranteed to get the laziest of muscles into working action.... (Unfortunately, it doesn't at one and the same time cure Dyslexia. You need something else for that).

You could try Pro-plus, which is a caffeine based pill, with 2 cans of red bull. With or without the red bull you'll have trouble sleeping... Amphetamine aka Speed will do the trick obviously however you won't get it in the shops!!!
