I lost my receipe for a simple Blueberry Apple Dessert. You use dried cake mix , can pie apple. frozen blueberries, and walnuts. All I can remember is that you sprinkled the dry cake mix into the pan. Layer of can apple, and then placed the blueberry on top ot that. Then sprinkle the chopped nuts on the very top. Baked in the oven for 30 minutes. Something is missing and I need help.

This seems to be similar to what you are looking for. Not sure how to work in the blueberries tho.

Panic Cake
1 can any flavor pie filling
1 box cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Pour the pie filling into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the filling. Pour melted butter over all. Top with nuts if you like.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes to an hour, depending on size of the pan. The smaller the pan, the deeper the fruit and cake mix layers, the longer you bake it. A 9 by 13-inch pan should bake in 35 to 40 minutes.

There are a number of variations. Try white cake mix with cherry, blueberry or peach filling; spice cake with apple filling; or yellow cake mix with pineapple filling. Your imagination can create other combinations.

ok well i dont remember my recipie for it having blueberries or apple in it, it was a can of crushed pineapple, and cherry pie filling, and i use pecans, but its called dump cake, and their is no exactness, although im sure you can find many recipies for it on line, i think maybe the cake is split into 2 layers the bottom and the top. and yes the nuts go on top. you sound like you pretty much remember it all, bake at 350 until golden brown. hopefully one of my ingredents helped with what is missing. blue berries and peaches are good together too, if you want to experiment. let me know how it goes!
