No matter what you read about a product that makes your hair grown its not true. There's no miracle way to make your hair grow super speed but if you eat lots of protein like nuts and fish then your hair will grow faster, and it will make it shinier.
Also by getting your hair trimmed every month you cut off the dead ends so your hair doesn't split thus making your hair grow faster.

If you really want longer hair get hair extensions. They can be expesive but they are worth it.

depending on your ethnicity. I have medium long hair which I keep in a pony taill all the time. I've been told to eat dried seaweed. Its usually sold in korean markets. Its a little salty but it works. Also Aciete de moska. Which is usually sold on lilttle drugs store owned by hispanics. Its basically 100% pure coconut oil mixed with a little mineral oil. I use a few drops whenever I wash my hair.
