Obviously you should make sure you wear clean and breathable clothes, amd use an exfolient or special cleanser to make sure your skin is fresh. Also you should try a different detergent for your wash. Tide always gives me an itchy crotch and bumps on my arms. When i moved out of my moms and started using All Free & Clear and other unscented stuff, my arm bumps mostly cleared up and I don't have the itchies anymore. They put so damned much perfume & stuff in products now, I'm surprised more people don't have reactions.
For your scars, try tanning your butt and they will start to fade.

Those are probably boils, not pimples. Heat up a washcloth soaked in water in the microwave (put it in a bowl) then press it against the "pimples." It's called a hot compress, and it really does work.

Use a body scrub with salt, baking soda and a little body gel and scrub. You can use carrot/papaya juice to rinse the scars away. Let it dry and keep on doing the juice so the scars eventually fade.

Neutrogena has an acne body wash that works great and doesn't dry it out. Don't put meds on your butt because that could get uncomfy
