Will taking one be bad? I'm not sure if I took one this morning because I take it a 4:30am. I'm afraid that if I did take it and not know it, that taking another one would be bad.

No. Do not take another pill just in case you did. But you need to start getting into a cycle where you automatically take it. My suggestion is get one of those Pill cases that have Mon. Tues. Wed. etc. And do it that way and then you know if you have takne it or not.

If your not sure if you took it or not, just skip and take your next one as scheduled. It's not a big deal for you to skip a Prilosec anyway. If you are still unsure, call you dr or pharmacist.

They are not that strong that is why they are OTC. If you do not feel the need for one then wait till your regular time tomorrow.

NO do not take one just wirte a reminder for you tomarrow so you will be sure you took it
