First of all, don't brush your teeth 2 times a day. Try to brush them after every meal. And don't drink cofee and don't eat chocolate. Another good idea is to brush them with a good whitening toothpaste like Crest Whitening Strips. And then it will approximately take you 2 to 3 weeks. It isn't easy!!!

There is a big misconception that has been perpetrated my Madison Av Ad men, that is that all teeth can be pearly white. The truth is that teeth come in shades from white to yellowish. Good dental hygiene and regular brushing will them make appear as bright and clean as they are going to be. If a person insists on white teeth, very expensive dental laminates will have to be done.

Brushing alone won't whiten your teeth if they are yellow. White strips noticeably whiten in 1-2 weeks. Your dentist can whiten them but it is very expensive.

That maintains your teeth, but doesn't really whiten your teeth.

Use Crest White Strips and you can have really white teeth in seven days....REALLY!

Trick #47, you can use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash. Don't gargle, just hold it in your mouth as long as you can. It bleaches your teeth, dentists use a glycerin and peroxide mix.
