A lot of dogs who do this (females especially) are trying to assert their dominance over an object or person when they did this. I had a female 1 y.o Husky who did this to furniture all the time, and then started to do it to people. Her vet said it was a dominance issue, and that I needed to be VERY strict with the dog and not let her dominate anything, and that I needed to make her learn her place in her "pack" (dog language for her family). You need to break her of the habit before it gets out of hand. I'm not saying it WILL, I'm just saying that humping is usually a dominance thing... good luck!

Humping that young is unnatural. Many creatures "hump" for dominance, but that behavior doesn't normally come out until they are older. I would take your dog to a behavioralist who can possibly help you out there.
Also, and I'm NOT saying it will happen, but watch for other dominant behaviors. Even in small dogs, dominance and biting are a real problem. It's not "cute" and they can and will hurt someone. Good luck!
