where can i find a free program that can convert files (full mp3 and video files) so it can get put in a Zune?

i have many videos and music files that get rejected. please state the link and/or the program name

it has to convert the video and mp3 files 100%, no 70% etc.

Your Zune should play your mp3's without any conversion, it will also play unprotected acc and wma files, if you have protected files that you have bought from any other place than the zune music store, even music in the previous Microsoft play for sure format, then your out of luck, gee isn't drm swell.
