yes, its probably safer to pull the tooth than to risk an infection getting to the baby. Call the local hospital, they should have the number for an emergency doctor who is on call for the weekends.

I love the people who want you to put up with that for THREE months rather than get a completely safe procedure done....
There is virtually no risk to extractions with pregnant women. I have done dozens with no ill effects on mom or the baby.
Further, I am certified in Nitrous Oxide (gas) delivery, and THAT is completely safe as well , so whoever earlier said it wasn't is basically the result of someone who would rather NOT help people because their so scared by being sued, even tho there's no medical or scientific evidence to support that view.
If you can't access a dentist this weekend, go to the ER - they will give you antibiotics, which will reduce the infection (and the pain ) in 24-48 hrs. They shoudl also give you a (safe) pain med to tide you over until then.
This is NOT a subst. for seeing a dentist. Schedule that ASAP on monday.
Good luck, mom.....

No, a dentist will not pull your tooth because the med's might hurt the baby so im sorry no tooth to be pulled intill the baby is born.

find out if you can take penicillin if they call in a prescription for you it will ease the pain. Tooth ache is normally caused by an infection under the offending tooth.

Sure. I would. Any risks associated with the procedure are far less than the risk of leaving an infected tooth in your body.
